Unfairly dismissed. Unfairness

I had been dismissed at the Agility instore kzn and to date I have not been informed as what are reasons for delays in my uif documents and correspondence regarding my provident fund claim. I have emailed the people's partner in Kzn and there has not been any response. I have not been paid my leave pay and also my over times worked.
