I'm a labour specialist and often have to work with HR managers to reaolve employee matters. Today I had a conversation with Sibongile Phiri about a simple request for UIF claim documents that had taken some in the company ages to assist us on. Within 2 hours the matter was resolved and I received a positive response from the employee. Sibongile Phiri changed my view of PnS today.... Keep up the work and God bless you.
