Pack all papers

Was ****med by company with the name Pack all Papers which advertises themselves as company that sell ream papers which is run by a foreign with the name Ibrahim Amed with company details as follows ck *** and they use the contact number *** which is also their wattsup number as I paid for my order and when I was suppose to have my order delivered was told I have to pay insurance of R1800 for courier company which when I called to clarify told me they have no dealings with me as they had contract with Pack all papers and when I'm requesting for an invoice from courier services that I'm directed to I'm being told I have to use the same account number that I used to pay for my order and now when I call my calls are not being answered they ****med me of R3110 this goes to anyone who attempts to do business with them their are a *****. I'm going to make sure I expose them as I was due to have these items delivered on a job I'm doing supplying the department of health
