Rescission order

Having difficulties to clear my name from the administration with Pacfin financial solutions. I sent so many emails with no help after all my debts have been paid via them. The sad part is that I was promised that I will be removed immediately after they have paid up everything that I submitted with them. My life is stuck because my name is still not cleared with the credit bureaus.
