Terrible experience

Pace rental e-hailing at Sandton very bad service everytime when they have to refund you there are so many stories when you go to Uber office they tell you to go to Pace and ask for account manager who is unknown. They are so quick to immobilise the car when you have a short fall but when they suppose to refund it's a struggle

Reviewer Update
I was recently called to meet with Management at Pace E-hailing Rental regarding my Uber earnings. While I appreciate that the meeting took place, the issue remains unresolved because the money owed to me has still not been paid, I must say it is not showing on their spreadsheet those double deduction yet on my Uber App says vehicle related fees of R4400 and R2800 in one week earnings.

I have worked through my Uber app, but the funds were not deposited into my account.
My concern is this: why is Uber paying Pace E-hailing Rental more than the agreed contract amount of R2,800 per week?

Additionally, Uber pays Pace on Monday, yet drivers do not receive their refunds by Wednesday.
How are we expected to work when earnings due to us are delayed?
Most Uber drivers receive their money on Tuesday morning, but drivers renting from Pace do not.

E-hailing drivers renting from Pace should not remain silent if they are unhappy with this treatment.
Pace should only deduct the contract amount — not more.
If there is a shortfall, they immobilise the vehicle, which puts drivers under even more pressure.

I request that they stick to the contract to avoid all these unnecessary confusion
