Bad customer service

The worst customer services in my entire life.On the 29th of May 2017 I rented a car from pace fleet services with an option to buy. Unfortunately on the 3rd of November 2019 I was in accident with a driver who failed to present his driver's licences and worse he bumped me from the back. Pace fleet services wrote off the car, and did not insure me in any form, instead they insisted that i sign a new contract of which I did. On the 24th of August 2020 my car was impound by the Taxi operators while doing uber service in Birch Acres mall in Tembisa. I reported the matter to them and the car was recovered. I was told to come get it the next day. Upon arrival I was denied the car with no explanation. Can Peter Jacobs explain to me???????????
