Unreliable Service

Bad Customer Service, I'm so disappointed and my whole trip is ruined, I did a request for a 22 seater in August, requested the book to be confirmed for the 4th of January 2022, today I did a courtesy check to make sure everything is still in order only to get a reply that their service provider buss is broken and they cannot assist me with a 22 seater but a 14 seater, the 22 seater is still available on the site as I did another booking today just to check, I feel descriminated by Pace Car Rental 😠😠, totally unreliable and I wonder if anyone would answer to this.
