Lies and *******

This is the worst relocating insurance currently in existence. We did a relocation move with Global International Relocations in November 2023. Global International Relocations was our main contact and part of their service is Insurance which is handled by PacGlobal Insurance Brokerage, Inc. With the move, which was also delayed by almost two months some of our items got damaged. When our household goods arrived in January 2024, we followed the claim process as per Global International Relocations & PacGobal Insurance Brokerage, Inc. Our claim was processed and accepted on the 22 February 2024. We were informed that the our pay out will take place 45 days from claim acceptance, which was suppose to be on the 5 March 2024. Then we have been informed they need 60 days, well guess what it is now 60 days. We have been in constant contact with both Global International Relocations & PacGobal Insurance Brokerage, Inc. and both companies are pushing blame on each other, not giving us any answers. They are in breach of their own terms and conditions. How is this fair or even legal that we are being penalised for them not honouring their own terms and conditions. What can be done? I have informed both companies that we had to replace the damaged items as we needed to unpack which means we had to dip into our savings. With them not honouring their own terms and conditions by not paying out our claim we have not fallen into financial issues and to top it off I am needing to go for emergency test to see if I have cancer, but I can't do this as we don't have the money to do so. They owe us an amount of €6 400. It is not a small amount of money. What can we do? We have asked for legal advice and been informed that both these companies are in the wrong, but it means that if we go legal, it will be costs and energy, both of which we are short of. My mental health has taken a massive hit, I barely get out of bed as I am so stressed over these test as well as where is our next meal going to come from. I really hope hellopeter warns the world about these two companies.
