Bad service

So i wanted to book a weekend away for my family. Went and found a place and got a price and everything. Then they came back saying that the pricing was wrong. But i got the email to confirm the prices. So they just said sorry price was wrong. Where i work. If we make a mistake we give the customers the prices they saw and got quoted for. But not in this case
