No adequate response or feedback after a complaint

On 2 April the cover below my windscreen flew off for the third in a year. The 2nd time within a month! And this after I had my car serviced at #PaarlMotors. Each time they were asked to check the water spouts and each time the cover flew off while I was driving, nearly causing an accident with the car behind me! 3 weeks have passed.. I have phoned and phoned and phoned and each time I am told that they will get back to me. I am still waiting! Apparently #PaarlMotors won a service award... Why I cannot think! The reason I used them was because they are close to my district offices and it is convenient when I am in Paarl. But now I think I will have to rather make the trip to #CulembergMotors on the Fores**** next time as the last time they worked on my car nothing came loose or flew off endangering other motorists!
