Paarl de Ville. Not again

For almost 5 years I have been going to this venue and year by year it has deteriorated slowly. Up to a piont that enough is enough. Food??? Don't let me even start........ Barmen try their utmost best to keep everyone happy BUT NO SUPORT from "Owner".... They are loosing the plot big time and my FEW RANDS that I have spend over the last few years will not be seen again and the SAD PART IS they do nothing about it even after numerous suggestions and encouragement and "looking the other way" when things are not running as they should.........
