Bad security training centre

I signed up my brother to do security training at this company, that was a few years back and up to date no training took place and no money was re-imbursed, after numerous efforts asking for my money back and sending the boss Allan Carolissen messages and inquiries regarding my money. I'm not the only one who lost their money at this company.
