AC Rottweiler ignores to ask for safe password
My home alarm was activated on 17 June 2015. AC Rottweiler contacted my home number and a person in my home answered the call. The call centre agent requested if all is fine and the person rep**** yes. The call centre agent did not ask for a safe password just cleared the call. As home owner and the only one who know the password I was not contacted. This is now more than once that this happened. I contacted the call centre on the same date and requested feedback as to why I was not called and for the manager to contact me. I am still waiting for response. I have send an e-mail to Paarl's General Manager Rayno and to AC Rottweiler's Director Allan with no response. I contacted the Paarl site again today and was told Rayno has already gone home.

If I was in the house on Wednesday and was held at gunpoint, I would be dead today. If it was my mother she would have been dead today. All I want is to be contacted when the alarm is activated and to be able to stand a change against a ******** or burglar. I mean why do you have a safe password and why do you have armed response if the password was not given?
