treated like dirt in my own home.

I own a house in logans view and on the 26th we added to the paving outside our kitchen. We threw the grass and sand in the bins. today we find the bin toppled over in front of our door with all the grass and sand outside our door. Someone could of easily came to us and asked us to remove it and we would of done so. I am really disappointed especially since I pay my bond and levies every month without skipping a payment. Its terrible being treated like a dog in your own home.
