Paying a shared water bill for the complex

Good day<br> <br> I'd like to get assistance with ratification of my water bill.<br> <br> I have been informed by ismrt and pa management that the complex bill is shared proportionally according to the number of units.<br> <br> This is not justified as this is not my individual usage but rather a shared usage with other units in the complex, It is wrong and unfair to be forced to pay a shared bill instead of my individual usage.<br> <br> SEP R399<br> OCT R385<br> NOV R719<br> <br> This has further drastically increased and I can not be subjected to paying a shared bill.<br> <br> And to ensure this is paid it is administered through the prepaid electricity agency ismrt, <br> Meaning the electricity will be cut off per unit if the shared water bill is not paid.<br> <br>
