Bernard Judels Landlord and co owner of P3 Construction

<p>After being present while he does a post inspection on his flat and agreeing to pay my deposit into my account, a week later he sends me a what's app message with numbers stating the costs implicated in renovating his property with my money.</p> <p>He, Bernard Judels himself as being a construction builder and knows what he is doing.</p> <p>According to the message he sent me, the repairs and replacement of items in the flat came to a total of R7250. I sourced various quotes and they came to a total of R3500.</p> <p>I initially offered to get 3 quotations together so that we can come to an agreement to sort this out as I was willing to assist with the minor wear and tear items that have been there since my family and I have moved in. Bernard Judels did not carry out the pre inspection but wanted everything as good as new after conducting the post inspection. All damaged items due to accidental occurances during the period of our lease were repaired or replaced on my cost according to the contractual agreement. But please, to falsely accuse and use someone else's finances to repair and or replace something at the utmost expenses is like ****************.</p>
