Construction and Renovation Blues

I hired P3 Construction CC just exactly one year ago. I bought a house and needed to renovate completely 2 cottages. There were only walls in cottages, the rest needed to be done.In may 2019 I hired him again to fix the roof all over the house and later to renovate the bathroom. Initially I was very happy with the job, it looked very nice and neat until we started to exploit the cottages and main house.The roof is leaking in 1 bedroom cottage, the shower in 2 bathrooms were installed incorrectly, the sliding door in bachelor cottage were installed without rolls ( could not opened it), the tiles on roof were missing. I tried to contact the owner of the business, he does not want to return my calls. I hired people to fix the mistakes, paid R8000 for fixing showers, Mr Bernard Judels ***ner of P3Construction CC) returned me only R5000. I still have to fix the roof. The worst is that Mr Bernard does not take my calls.
