Shoddy workmanship and no accountability

When repairing my bumper they forgot to tighten my wheel nuts and my rear wheel almost came off while I was driving. They also didn’t put on the bumper clips or brackets, left off my mudflaps and wheel arch rivets. They are still avoiding our calls and not taking responsibility
