Poor management

<p>I had my vehicle repaired at this "supposedly reputable" panel beater due to being on my insurance panel, which was a HUGE mistake. How they got onto the panel is beyond me with a manager like Jason Dry. This man does not answer your calls nor does he return calls. I was told my vehicle would take 14 working days by Jason when he did the quote, but after my vehicle being there 3 weeks I had still not received it. My sympathies go to the Receptionist and Customer Liaison, Simone, who are clearly having to deal with upset customers due to the poor management of this company. Even the 1 star rating I have given is too much. </p>
