Poor customer service

I'm very disappointed in the way pt paint and Panel serve their customers its very poor and ********* behavior... Today i got an sms to fetch my car only to find out its not ready parts haven't been delivered mind you this is the second time they doing this to me and i travelled far to fetch my car only to find it not ready and I used my own petrol to travel of which they won't re imburse, this company lies when it says it cares about their customers and they actually don't.
