Panel Shop refuses to return Car after 11 months

PT Paint & Panel, after lengthy negotiations agreed to collect my classic car and make good shoddy workmanship following a previous attempt to repair accident damage. That was in March 2014!<br> <br> My car has still not been returned 11 months later. Dozens of calls to the company go as far as reception and no further.<br> <br> My broker Aon cannot get an answer. The Insurance Assessor cannot get to see the vehicle. The AA is presently trying its best with no success.<br> <br> My own visits to the PT's workshop result in being left to sit around in their reception with vague promises of someone who is always in a meeting attending to me shortly - last visit I sat for 11/2 hours before I had to leave
