Never never paid a quotation via EFT at P&L hardware, you wont get the goods

We are very disappointed with the service we received from P&L. We are running a Tsianda road construction community project, we asked a member of the community to go and get a quote for 40 bags of cement. They printed a quote with banking details without the reference number and now we instant paid and write our reference number. Now they received the money but they cant deliver our goods because the reference number is not correct. We even sent the proof of payment and still can't get our goods. We are going back n forth while the community is waiting for the goods. This is very disappointing. When we call the accounts dep the lady is very rude she even said she was not supposed to pick up the call because she in the meeting and now when we call again there is no answer, apparently she is now out of office.
