I'm so disappointed with the service that I've received from this store since I've spent more then R100000 in store

I bought a 200l geyser at P&L hardware in Braamfisher Phase 1 Roodepoort on the 19th June 2019 and reported that it constantly shocks when we use it, I reported this last month and the manager Mr July said someone at their head office had a problem with me not reporting the matter in time and I fail to understand when is the right time because the geyser is five months old and has 12 months warranty.
