ill sevirce at P &L hardware

The service of this store is ill Braamfischerville branch to be specific. I bought material of R40 000 in March every time the store is supposed to deliver my staff I have to call them several times. It's look like the store don't have proper processes and procedures for delivering to material to their clients... I'm still waiting for sealing even today no one is helping I have tried for a store manager to intervene but he also not helpful but instead ask me to come to there store when I get there he is not there with no communication or whatsoever.

He lies and tell me my material will be delivered but it never...

I'm a frustrated customer who is angry with so many things that are happening in that store..
