Extreme poor service.

Unprofessional staff along with operational manager. Customers are not being attended. Staff is chatting with operational manager, though I was waiting to be attended. My first visit was to buy timber that was delivered after 4days.when I went to enquire.operational manager told me "He forgot to process my order to delivery guys" Upon delivery of the goods. The driver left the goods outside without making me aware they came to deliver the timber I bought. Phone number is not going through. 2nd visit. I went to buy box of pvc ceiling. Upon my arrival,it was only me and the staff at the counter. I had to wait until I start complaining. I'm referring to P&L Hardware in Admin block in Katlehong I'll never recommend this Hardware to anyone.
