Bad customer service

H&L hardware in Meadowpoint is a joke!!! The stuff knows nothing about the selling, laybuying procedure and protocol, they are not well trained when it comes to pricing policies and customer service. I laybuyed products worth R8200 in March and I was told the total price I laybuyed the goods with is the final price I will pay when I finish my laybuy and thats what I always known when it comes to selling pricing, if you saw it at a certain price you get it at that price. I was surprised when I went to pay off the laybuy today and found out I had to get a new invoice since "prices have changed" and when I explained to the branch manager he told me its the rules and regulations of the company, which were never disclosed to me beginning of the laybuy, I was told I can get my refund whenever I had change of heart and I will get the products at a price I laybuyed with no matter how the prices change. I honestly dont want any to do with this hardware anymore I just need my refund as soon as yesterday.
