P and L hardware Mavele BAD SERVICE and rude staff
P and l hardware Mavele bad service. I bought a plain white ceiling and they gave me a white ceiling with a brown detailing of which was no the the ceiling I bought and on top that very same ceiling the width and the length was not what asked for and the lady who was assisting me apparently she is the manager when I called her back she hung up on me while I was still on the phone complaining and this incident happened twice and petrol had to be wasted because of the negligence of the p and l hardware employee like their staff is so relaxed when it comes to business and I am never going to buy anything from them ever again the fact that the lady who was assisting me hang up on me while I still talking and I had to return the ceiling and this time I was with the guy who does my ceiling and I don't know if they were taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman and what angers me the most is that ealier on today when I went to their store I gave my phone to the lady who was helping me to talk to my ceiling guy so that he can tell her the things that are need and despite writing those things down she still got it wrong and the staff is so relaxed
