WORST SPA EXPERIENCE

SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO TO P & L EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY PALOUR!!!!

I made a booking for me and 3 friends, made payment and requested décor for a mini bridal shower as we had 2 x brides to be, which the establishment said they provide at no additional cost. Upon arrival at reception we were asked if we made full payment or just the deposit, I was confused, are they running their business on humanities honesty? After sitting for an hour and half (our appointment was made for 10:00 and we were told that the stuff is on its way) we were moved to the pedicure room - no one asked us if our package includes this. Some of my friends complained that the treatment was a bit abrasive which fell on deaf ears.

Next we were told to move to the massage room, our clothes off and we were handed gowns, as we were undressing men wearing no uniform entered - they looked as if they were taken from a street corner, it was VERY VERY uncomfortable to undress in front of strange men. My friend and I objected to being massaged by these men, they replaced only one gentleman as another lady was "too busy" to accommodate us. My friend had to endure this - all of which lasted a mere 30 minutes instead of an hour. After the massages we all agreed that none of them knew what they were doing and the service was far from what we expected - we were even more sore than relaxed and oily - they used what smelt like olive oil not even scented relaxing aroma oils.

We went downstairs again to the manicures room which had only 2 ladies and the place was full - the treatment there was alright with the exception of the other ladies (not from our group) complaining about the slow service. When we were done we asked for our lunch - we had been there since 10:00am and it was then 13:30 for 14:00 we were starving and that lunch took another hour to be ready, my drink of choice that was communicated a week before our arrival was not there and had to be bought while were eating. The décor I requested for the table was not done -not even so much as 1 balloon, it was a bare table and I had promised my friends that it would be made special for them.

When were done with our lunch we requested to change back into our clothes as we had another appointment only to be told that we "cannot disturb the others because they didn't disturb you" so rudely that we just walked away to go sit by the filthy pool for yet another 30 minutes! Eventually we go our clothes and walked out, no one bid us farewell or asked how the experience was, rating...nothing! On our way out we saw the very men that were in the massage room across the street looking at us in a very uncomfortable way - it was a horrible experience. The packages were reasonable but the service offered was so shocking you would swear it was free.
