********** Claims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received multiple claims from this practice that HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED by me as the main member at the medical aid. None of the claims done, submitted or paid out has been communicated. Even though communication sent by my lawyers that this is not approved. Yet this practice still allows claims to be submitted without my authority. All claims as per communication to be reversed from my medical aid and claimed directly from the patient that visited the practice.

This needs to be rectified with immediate effect or I will be going to the medical board as well as the ombudsman.
