Poor service from P J Appliances Services CC

We contacted P J Appliances Services CC twice over a 3-week period and asked them if they can please send out a technician to collect and repair our faulty fridge, they informed us that they will get back to us. After no reply I physically drove to P J Appliances Services CC and asked them if they received our request - they said they received our request and will get back to us. Next week will be 1-month of no feedback and poor service from them, we will contact another appliance service center to assist us.
