Excellent customer care

<p>I had a claim with outsurance. They appointed a service provider to check the items and I was told that they will not repair, they will replace. P & G Braynston replaced my items and even allowed me to upgade. My husband went to pay and immediately he was shown the items, they said if he had a bakkie, he couls even take them. He managed to take one item and he was told that the other item will be delivered in 2 days. That same day I arrived in my house and the item was there, all new and in a perfect working condition. They did not give me one challenge. Their prices are market related and they just know customer care. </p>
