Bad customer service

Please do NOT order furniture from this business. I had a table and chairs made. When I unwrapped the set, i noticed that the items had some parts that were not varnished and the rest was a very thin coat of varnish. I tried for over a week to get the guy to revarnish. He kept making excuses or not answering my msgs although he has bern paid in full. Very low standard work done
