Poor Management and bad service

I've completed my course on unit standard 3 phase electrical installation at P And T Technology in Wadeville in September.I was supposed to receive my statement of results in 1 months time.Until today the 16/01/2023 I haven't received nothing.I spoke to the person by the name of Charlene and said she will make a follow up and nothing has happened upto date.I've been trying to call them since last year 2022 October leaving the messages with the receptionist,and they keep on telling me that they call me as soon as possible and no one has called me upto now.The service provided is very bad as they act unprofessional for a reputable institution/training center that has been operating for a long time.They don't even respond to emails. On the 11 January 2023I spoke to the person by the name of Seseko and said someone will call me,and no one has called me upto date.All the time I speak to the person in charge I'm told that I will be called back they will make a follow up with EWSTA.The keep empty promises. In December 2022 I called EWSETA and they told haven't received my documents on their system. So it tells me that management at P And T Technology don't care about their students as soon as you complete the course,they forget about you.I mean now it's been 5 months still struggling to get my stament of results and I've paid the full amount for the course. I've lost hope in the training center and I think that they must improve the bad service that they offered to me.I'm now stuck as I can't do nothing because of the statement of results that I'm waiting for. They have plenty of empty promises and they don't fulfill on what they say because of poor management.
