Service Was Okay, But Needs Improvement

I recently hired some equipment from Ozzon Plant for a short construction job. Booking the items was easy enough, and the prices were reasonable compared to other rental companies. However, the equipment wasn’t in the best condition — one of the machines had clear wear and tear, and another needed servicing shortly after we started using it. Luckily, their support team did respond and swapped it out, but it took a full day, which delayed our project.
