Most inefficient property management company

Two months down the line and my windows that were damaged in the hail storm are not fixed. Now that it's raining I come back home to a flooded house and no concrete response from Angor when this will be fixed just passing the back. The state of our parking since the hail its like they dont even care about the management and presentation of the property.an inefficient and ineffective property management company.

(Supplier name changed from Angor Property Specialists - Property Management to Ozzo Property Solutions by Hellopeter.com)

Hello Taitmap01,

You raised this complaint with us on 11 December and we responded accordingly.
As per our previous correspondence, there was a glass shortage in Springs which lead to the delay in receiving the quotation for the replacement of the windows. Further to that, the insurance company only informed us of their approval on 08 December 2015. The contractor was given the go ahead and the deposit was paid. Work was due to commence on 14 December 2015. Your rental agent sent an email on 11 Jan 2016 regarding your concerns. We forwarded this to Ozzo Property Solutions (copying in both yourself & the rental agent) requesting an explanation. We received a reply Monday evening stating that all windows at Outeniqua were replaced & that there were 15 windows left to replace for Drakenstein which would have been completed on 9 Jan 2016. The rain prevented this & the project was delayed. We phoned Ozzo Property Solutions this morning to enquire as to why unit 67 was not attend to as yet, & were advised that this would be attended to today. We await feedback from the contractors as to the reason for the delay.
With regards to the shade net the insurers are obtaining additional quotations.
