Inconsistency of procedures and policies

We were moving from Nelspruit to JHB in Dec 2014. In Sept 2014 we viewed a house to rent in Dalpark Ext 1, no 7 La Quinta avail 1 Dec 2014. We had to pay the R7500.00 holding deposit immidiately. We only took occupation on 19 December 2014 and had to pay rent for the whole month of December 2014. I paid every month on time but was not very happy as nothing was done to the 3 page snag list we had to submit within 24Hours after occupation. I gave notice on 04 March 2015 as we found a house to buy. I was told that I will loose my deposit if OZZO could not find a tenant for 01 April 2015. I was informed that a tenant was found but only from 01 May 2015 which means I will loose my deposit.<br> <br> I was requested to hand in the keys for the property early in April 2015 as OZZO needed to fix up some of the snaglist items before the new tenant moved in. I handed one set of keys to OZZO who handed it to the new tenant which was not the arrangement made with me.<br> The new tenant has been allowed by OZZO to move their belongings and furniture in to the property on 17 April 2015 and no holding deposit was requested from them. I have also not been reinbursed for the half month depost by OZZO.
