Oztrail gazebo fast frame NO SPARES

I bought a fast frame gazebo tent in January as my first time camping experience. A top poles of the tent broke and I have been looking for a replacement poles since I have been sent from pillar to post. I have spent so much money buying the tent but without the replacement pole it is useless. Why can't you have spare and if you don't have where can and get the spares from. This is out of great disappointment and my wasted money
