Fantastic service from Oztrail

I called to ask some information about a tent I had ordered online. I spoke to Lesley. He was amazing- he first said my tent would be delivered sooner than was advertised on the site. And it was. He then followed up 2 weeks later to let me know that some poles were now in stock should I need extras. Perfect service, I wish other businesses would be so proactive.
