WORST Payment Service DO NOT USE!

I made an order through Takealot I unfortunately decided to use OZOW Instant EFT Payment Method, the page timed out while the payment was processing, the payment amount came off my bank account and on Takealot's side it still mentions awaiting payment, it has been 24 hours now and my order has been cancelled, THANKS for the AWFUL Service OZOW I will NEVER be using this payment method ever again!
