Poor vetting process in place for new Vendors

I have made an online purchase from an Ozow vendor, using their instant EFT facility. It came to my attention that the vendor was ****, thus resulting in me losing my money. I don't think that they have a proper vetting process in place for new and prospective vendors. I will never use their services for online payments again. They take no responsibility for this. Absolutely rediculous.
