Ozow, should rather be callee OH NO!

Ozow is a very common payment method I use on many different sites. This withdrawal or payment method is meant to be an immediate payment, and we, as customers RELY on this speedy method to get their funds. I did a withdrawal on Sunday 16th April at 6PM, and now it is Tuesday 18th , 6:30pm - we are 48 hours behind the norm and no one can tell me why.. Ozow dont call you back either when you phone in and complain either... So besides the instant eft lies, they also have no intention of calling u back like ever. I am having this issue with a combo of 10BET and OZOW
