Ozow *******

I ordered an item from superbalist using OZOW payment system. I did not receive a notification of receiving my payment from superbalist but money was taken from my accout, when i call superbalist they tell me the problem is with ozow, ozow needs to process the payment to superbalist, when i call ozow they said i must email them my complain, i did email them but tiil today i have never been help, i didnt know ozow company can be so irresponsible
