Ozow payment platform

Company takes days to respond to emails and telephone calls go to voicemail. Cannot leave a message because mail box always full. Used this platform on a ********** merchants online website. Payment went through but never received my goods and cannot get hold of merchant. Surely this type of ***** should be investigated before they are accepted as clients on these payment platforms.
