Ozow *****ing money!

I purchased items on Temu for R1000. The amount was deducted twice off my account - Temu says it was Ozow's error and they need to refund and Ozow just pulls up their shoulders and say it's not their problem! I have sent them bank statements reflecting this payment and still they are not interested in sorting this out. It's *****!
