Horrible app for Lotto purchases and poor customer support

Using Ozow to purchase Lotto or Powerball tickets is an abysmal experience. When you win you aren't paid out without contacting support and sometimes when you win you aren't even notified. Their support takes ages to help and usually won't help you and just refer you to Ithuba do sort out the problem yourself. Every other platform I've used has never had this issue and winnings are automatically issued. Will not be using this app again.
