Dysfunctional system with no meaningful support behind it.

Not a good experience, it does not seem that they support their system or their customers. Despite calls and emails, I still have to see my own way to rectifying the non-functioning of their system and try to get my payment recognized directly with the vendor and to get my double payment back. In a competitive payment system market, I will definitely not be using their product again.
