DO NOT USE OZOW!!!!

Absolutely irritated with the experience of this stupid payment service. I made payment toward my game account on the 2 Feb 2024. It's already the 7 Feb and still it does not reflect. When I contact RCS they tell me it's a 14 days process to wait. If I wait this will affect my credit score as it will be flagged as a later payment.

OZOW are *******. Taking money from customers without payments reflecting. I see many reviews here with exactly the same scenario.
