Bank charged, Ozow sets the transaction as abandoned

My experience with ozow has been a nightmare so far,

They charge my Bank,and set the transaction as abandoned/failed!

no option to query or follow up, no reply to the mail I sent them,

I'm now left with a mess and delays due to this

I sincerely hope they remedy this as it is incredibly bad to have money go off and deal with problems like this
