Atrocious Merchant Support - Unresponsive

I've been on the same support issue for weeks now, and their support team takes days to get back to me. They are generally unresponsive, unapologetic, and don't seem to care whether or not they help merchants to actually use their services.

While I understand that there seems to be some technical hiccup, the sheer lack of responsiveness and general no-care attitude about an extremely unhappy merchant, which I think would be my no. 1 priority to try and sort out when it came to customer service, is absolutely astounding.

The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star rating is because the portal worked flawlessly on another site.
