complaint

I bought a pair of sneakers for my partner at ozone sports in promenade he wore it only for one day then glue on the sides starting coming loose already. I told him to return it cause it was within the 7 day return period, he went to the store to return it and they told him they can't return it they can only send it away to the factory to glue it again, he then called me to tell me about their response so I went down there myself and I demanded for a New takkie or my money back and the manager couldn't say a word to me so they are basically taking people for a fool who don't know their rights or the consumer law. The manager gave me another pair sneakers , however the same problem is happening yet again, he had the sneakers on once and now it is breaking again. That is the first and last time that I will buy anything from them because not only is the service horrible the quality that they sell is very poor and you are basically wasting your money because in a month or two you would need to buy a brand new pair of sneakers that was supposed to last you at least a year or two.
